Ligue 2 (Week 16) : Metz beats Bourg-Peronnas 5-0
FRANCE, Nov. 27, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 16: After losing 0-1 to Auxerre on November 21, Metz bounced back with a 5-0 victory over Bourg-Peronnas this Friday.
Metz dominated the first half thanks to goals from Lejeune ('21 on penalty) and Mayuka ('44). Leading 2-0 at the break, Metz players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Ngbakoto '49, Rivierez '72 and Palomino '82).
Metz climbed to second place with 30 points from 16 games, 2 points behind Dijon FCO.
