FRANCE, Dec. 1, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 17: After losing 5-0 to Metz on November 27, Bourg-Peronnas bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Niort this Tuesday.
Bourg-Peronnas dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Berthoimer Jason in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Bourg-Peronnas players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Dimitriou Patrice with just 4 minutes remaining in regulation time.
FC Bourg-Peronnas climbed to 6th place with 26 points from 17 games, only one point behind Red Star FC.
