Ligue 2 (Week 18) : Red Star beats Bourg-Peronnas 1-0
FRANCE, Dec. 11, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 18: Two wins in a row for Red Star. After their 3-1 win against Metz on December 1, L'Étoile rouge continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 1-0 victory over Bourg-Peronnas this Friday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Gabonese midfielder Lloyd Palun in the 71st minute.
Red Star FC climbed to fourth place with 30 points from 18 games, tie on points with Metz, which has a game in hand.
