Ligue 2 (Week 18) : Dijon beats Metz 2-1
FRANCE, Dec. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 18: After their 0-0 draw against Auxerre on December 1, Dijon returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Metz this Saturday.
Dijon dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Loïs Diony in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Dijon players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Amalfitano in the 69th minute.
Dijon FCO remains in first place with 36 points from 18 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up AS Nancy-Lorraine, which has a game in hand.
