Ligue 2 (Week 30) : Niort beats Paris FC 2-1
FRANCE, Mar. 11, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 30: After their 0-0 draw against Le Havre on March 4 and 1-1 draw against Auxerre on March 4, “Les Chamois” returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Paris FC this Friday.
Jimmy Roye scored dual goals
Paris FC had started off well by taking the lead in the 7th minute with a goal by Jean Mehdi. Trailing 1-0 at half time, “Les Chamois” nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Roye '58 on penalty, '90 on penalty).
Chamois Niortais FC climbed to 15th place with 31 points from 30 games, 4 points behind Stade Laval.
