FRANCE, Mar. 14, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 30: L'Étoile rouge crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 2-0 against Auxerre.
Auxerre dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Sehrou Guirassy in the 19th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, AJA further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Vincent Alexandre in the 53rd minute.
Red Star FC remains in third place with 49 points from 30 games, 6 points behind AS Nancy-Lorraine.
