Ligue 2 (Week 29) : Reims beats Ajaccio 3-0
FRANCE, Mar. 10, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 29: Two wins in a row for Reims. After their 1-2 win against Auxerre on March 3, Reims continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 3-0 victory over Ajaccio this Friday.
Reims dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Brazilian forward Diego in the 15th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Reims players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Kyei Grejohn '52 and Oudin Remi '85).
Reims climbed to first place with 49 points from 29 games, tie on points with runner-up Stade Brest, which has a game in hand.
