Ligue 2 (Week 6) : Clermont defeats Bourg-Peronnas 4-1
FRANCE, Sep. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 6: Two wins in a row for Clermont. After their 0-2 win against US Quevilly on August 25, Clermont continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 4-1 victory over Bourg-Peronnas this Friday.
Clermont dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Ajorque Ludovic in the 36th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Clermont players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Dugimont '47/penalty, Pérez '52 and Dore Ferebory '85).
Clermont Foot climbed to fifth place with 11 points from 6 games, tie on points with Lorient, which has a game in hand.
