Two goals for both sides in the first half, Ziani Karim ('21 on penalty) and Benkaid Hicham ('37) for Orleans, Berenguer ('27) and Alphonse Mickael ('39) for Sochaux and one each in the second, Ziani Karim ('55 on penalty) for Orleans, Martin ('86 on penalty) for Sochaux.
