UNITED STATES, Apr. 9, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After their 1-1 draw against San Jose Earthquakes on April 2, DCU returned to winning ways with a 4-0 victory over Vancouver Whitecaps this Saturday.
Espindola Fabian and Saborio Alvaro scored dual goals
DC United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Espindola Fabian in the 39th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, DCU further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Espindola Fabian '54 and Saborio Alvaro '88, '90).
Vancouver Whitecaps FC are down in 11st place with 7 points from 6 games, tie on points with New England Revolution.
