MLS : Dallas beats Chicago Fire 3-1
UNITED STATES, Jul. 16, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After losing 5-0 to Seattle Sounders FC on July 13, the Hoops bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Chicago Fire this Saturday.
FC Dallas dominated the first half thanks to goals from Urruti Maximiliano ('23) and Diaz Mauro ('41). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Hoops further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Rosales Mauro in stoppage time.
FC Dallas remains in first place with 40 points from 22 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Colorado Rapids, which has three games in hand.
