MLS : Real Salt Lake beats Chicago Fire 3-1
UNITED STATES, Aug. 6, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After losing 1-0 to Toronto FC on August 3, the Royals bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Chicago Fire this Saturday.
Morales Javier scored dual goals
Real Salt Lake dominated the first half thanks to goals from Garcia Olmes ('14) and Morales Javier ('28). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Royals further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Morales Javier in the 64th minute.
Real Salt Lake climbed to third place with 37 points from 24 games, 4 points behind Colorado Rapids, which has two games in hand.
