MLS : Dallas defeats Seattle 2-1

UNITED STATES, Oct. 16, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: Two wins in a row for FC Dallas. After their 1-0 win against LA Galaxy on October 1, the Hoops continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 2-1 victory over Seattle Sounders FC this Sunday.

Seattle Sounders FC had started off well by taking the lead in the 41st minute with a goal by Lodeiro Nicolas. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Hoops nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Urruti Maximiliano '79 and Ruiz Carlos '89).

FC Dallas climbed to first place with 59 points from 33 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Colorado Rapids.
