MLS : Montreal hold Toronto to 2-2

CANADA, Oct. 16, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: Toronto FC was held to a 2-2 draw by Montreal Impact on Sunday.

Montreal Impact players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Piatti Ignacio in the 19th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Piatti Ignacio goal on penalty ('55) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Toronto FC with goals by Altidore Jozy ('51) and Ricketts Tosaint ('86).

Toronto FC are down in 6th place with 50 points from 33 games, one point behind New York City FC.
