UNITED STATES, Jul. 1, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: Two wins in a row for Atlanta United. After their 1-0 win against Colorado Rapids on June 24, Five Stripes continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 2-0 victory over Columbus Crew this Saturday.
Villalba Hector scored dual goals
Atlanta United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Villalba Hector in the 27th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Five Stripes further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Villalba Hector in the 64th minute.
Atlanta United FC climbed to 7th place with 27 points from 18 games, only one point behind FC Dallas, which has a game in hand.
