MLS : Montreal beats Philadelphia 2-1

CANADA, Jul. 19, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: After losing 3-1 to Houston Dynamo on July 5, the Impact bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Philadelphia Union this Wednesday.

Salazar Michael opened the score in the 19th minute, before seeing Philadelphia Union catch up in the 43rd minute thanks to Picault Fabrice-jean. 1-1 at half time. The Impact eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Dzemaili Blerim in the 51st minute.

Montreal Impact climbed to 15th place with 24 points from 18 games, 2 points behind San Jose Earthquakes.
