MLS : Seattle beats DC United 4-3
UNITED STATES, Jul. 19, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: Two wins in a row for Seattle Sounders FC. After their 1-3 win against Colorado Rapids on July 4, the Rave Green continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 4-3 victory over DC United this Wednesday.
DC United had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Brown Deshorn ('8) and Harkes Ian ('27). Trailing 2-0 at half time, the Rave Green nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring four times in the second period (Bruin Will '51, Evans Brad '62, Svensson Gustav '74 and Roldan Christian '78).
Seattle Sounders FC climbed to 12nd place with 27 points from 20 games, tie on points with Portland Timbers.
