MLS : Montreal beats Orlando 2-1
CANADA, Aug. 5, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: After losing 1-2 to FC Dallas on July 29 and 4-0 to New York Red Bulls on July 29, the Impact returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Orlando City this Saturday.
Orlando City had started off well by taking the lead in the 12th minute with a goal by Larin Cyle. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Impact nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Piatti Ignacio '48 on penalty and Jackson-hamel Anthony '84).
Orlando City SC are down in 14th place with 30 points from 23 games, one point behind Vancouver Whitecaps FC, which has two games in hand.
