UNITED STATES, Aug. 12, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: Two wins in a row for Montreal Impact. After their 2-1 win against Orlando City on August 5, the Impact continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 3-0 victory over Philadelphia Union this Saturday.
Dzemaili Blerim scored dual goals
45 minutes of play and neither Montreal Impact nor Philadelphia Union have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Dzemaili Blerim ('69, '90) and Piatti Ignacio ('90 on penalty).
Montreal Impact climbed to 14th place with 30 points from 22 games, only one point behind Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
