MLS : Philadelphia beats Dallas 3-1

UNITED STATES, Aug. 5, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: After losing 3-0 to New England on July 29, The U bounced back with a 3-1 victory over FC Dallas this Saturday.

Sapong Charles scored dual goals

Philadelphia Union dominated the first half thanks to goals from Sapong Charles ('17) and Ilsinho Pereira ('22). Leading 2-0 at the break, The U further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Sapong Charles in the 68th minute.

FC Dallas are down in 8th place with 34 points from 21 games, tie on points with Houston Dynamo.
