ENGLAND, Aug. 24, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 2: The match between Hull and Stoke City ended in a 1-1 draw on Sunday.
Hull players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Croatian forward Nikica Jelavić in the 42nd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Stoke City with a saving goal from Stoke City defender Ryan Shawcross in the 83rd minute.
Hull City climbed to fifth place with 4 points from 2 games, tie on points with Arsenal.
