ENGLAND, May. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 37: Five wins in a row for Manchester City. After their success against West Ham, Aston Villa, Tottenham and QPR, the Citizens continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 4-2 victory over Swansea this Sunday.

Yaya Touré scored dual goals

Manchester City dominated the first half thanks to goals from Touré ('21) and Milner ('36). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Citizens further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Touré '74 and Bony '90).

Manchester City FC remains in second place with 76 points from 37 games, 8 points behind Chelsea, which has a game in hand.
