Premier League (Week 35) : Southampton beats Aston Villa 4-2

ENGLAND, Apr. 23, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 35: After their 1-1 draw against Everton on April 16, the Saints returned to winning ways with a 4-2 victory over Aston Villa this Saturday.

Dusan Tadic scored dual goals

Southampton dominated the first half thanks to goals from Long ('15) and Tadic ('39). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Saints further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Tadic '71 and Mane Sadio '90).

Southampton are down in 7th place with 54 points from 35 games, one point behind Liverpool, which has a game in hand.
