ENGLAND, Dec. 14, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 16: 10 wins in a row for Chelsea. After their success against Hull, Leicester, Manchester United, Southampton, Everton, Middlesbrough, Tottenham, Manchester City and West Brom, the Blues continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Sunderland this Wednesday.
All the action happened in the first half, with Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fàbregas goal in the 40th minute.
Chelsea remains in first place with 40 points from 16 games, a 6-point lead over runner-up Liverpool.
