ENGLAND, Dec. 14, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 16: After their 2-2 draw against West Ham on December 11, the Reds bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Middlesbrough this Wednesday.
Adam Lallana scored dual goals
Liverpool dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Adam Lallana in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Reds further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Origi '60 and Lallana '68).
Liverpool climbed to second place with 34 points from 16 games, 6 points behind Chelsea.
