ENGLAND, Dec. 19, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 17: Two wins in a row for Liverpool. After their 0-3 win against Middlesbrough on December 14, the Reds continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Everton this Monday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Senegalese midfielder Mane Sadio in stoppage time.
Liverpool remains in second place with 37 points from 17 games, 6 points behind Chelsea.
