Premier League (Week 17) : Tottenham beats Burnley 2-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 18, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 17: Two wins in a row for Tottenham. After their 3-0 win against Hull on December 14, the Spurs continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over Burnley this Sunday.
Burnley forward Ashley Barnes opened the score in the 21st minute, before seeing Tottenham catch up in the 27th minute thanks to Alli Dele. 1-1 at half time. The Spurs eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Rose in the 71st minute.
Tottenham Hotspur remains in fifth place with 33 points from 17 games, one point behind Arsenal.
