Premier League (Week 20) : Stoke City beats Watford 2-0
ENGLAND, Jan. 3, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 20: After losing 4-1 to Liverpool on December 31 and 4-2 to Chelsea on December 31, Stoke City bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Watford this Tuesday.
Stoke City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Ryan Shawcross in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Stoke City players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Crouch in the 49th minute.
Stoke City climbed to 11st place with 24 points from 20 games, tie on points with Southampton.
