Premier League (Week 20) : Swansea defeats Crystal Palace 2-1
ENGLAND, Jan. 3, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 20: After four straigth defeats, Swansea returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace this Tuesday.
Swansea dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Mawson Alfie in the 42nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Swansea players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Rangel with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Crystal Palace remains in 17th place with 16 points from 20 games, 3 points behind Middlesbrough FC.
