ENGLAND, Jan. 15, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 21: After a 2-1 victory over Burnley on January 2, the Citizens lost 4-0 against Everton.
Everton dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Toffees further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Mirallas '47, Davies Tom '79 and Lookman Ademola '90).
Manchester City FC are down in fifth place with 42 points from 21 games, 2 points behind Liverpool, which has a game in hand.
