ENGLAND, Jan. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 21: After losing 2-1 to Manchester City on January 2, Burnley bounced back with a 1-0 victory over Southampton this Saturday.
45 minutes of play and neither Burnley nor Southampton have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Burnley midfielder Joey Barton in the 78th minute.
Burnley climbed to 10th place with 26 points from 21 games, only one point behind Stoke City.
