ENGLAND, Apr. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 32: After five straigth defeats, the Hammers returned to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Swansea this Saturday.
All the action happened in the first half, with West Ham midfielder Cheikhou Kouyaté goal in the 44th minute.
West Ham United climbed to 14th place with 36 points from 32 games, tie on points with Stoke City.
