Premier League (Week 17) : Tottenham beats Brighton 2-0

ENGLAND, Dec. 13, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 17: Two wins in a row for Tottenham. After their 5-1 win against Stoke City on December 9, the Spurs continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion this Wednesday.

Tottenham dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Ivorian defender Serge Aurier in the 40th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Spurs further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Son Heung-min with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.

Tottenham Hotspur climbed to fourth place with 31 points from 17 games, 4 points behind Chelsea.
