Estoril made Nacional doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Nacional forward Joao with just 9 minutes remaining in regulation time.
CD Nacional remains in 9th place with 28 points from 21 games, one point behind FC Paços de Ferreira.
