PORTUGAL, Aug. 13, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga: SL Benfica won their first game of season against CD Tondela.

Benfica dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Argentine defender Lopez Lisandro in the 39th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Eagles further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Horta Andre in stoppage time.
