PORTUGAL, Feb. 5, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 20: After losing 1-0 to Vitoria Setubal on January 30, the Eagles bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Nacional this Sunday.
Jonas Oliveira scored dual goals
Benfica dominated the first half thanks to goals from Jonas Oliveira ('26, '35). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Eagles further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Mitroglou Kostas with just 9 minutes remaining in regulation time.
SL Benfica remains in first place with 48 points from 20 games, one point ahead of runner-up FC Porto.
