PORTUGAL, Aug. 26, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 4: After losing 0-1 to Porto on August 19 and 2-3 to Estoril on August 19, the Auriverdes bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Moreirense this Saturday.
Tondela dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Mendes Fernandes in the 22nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Auriverdes further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Costa Ricardo '54 and Boyd Tyler '86).
CD Tondela climbed to 9th place with 4 points from 4 games, only one point behind CD Feirense, which has a game in hand.
