PORTUGAL, Sep. 11, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 5: After losing 0-2 to Braga on August 27 and 1-0 to Boavista on August 27, Aves returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Belenenses this Monday.
Tomas Nuno opened the score in the 25th minute, before seeing Aves catch up in the 42nd minute thanks to Salvador Agra. 1-1 at half time. Aves eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Gauld in the 54th minute.
Desportivo das Aves climbed to 13rd place with 4 points from 5 games, only one point behind Moreirense FC.
