SPAIN, Apr. 4, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 32: After losing 3-2 to Llagostera on March 28, El Luguiño bounced back with a 4-0 victory over Mallorca this Saturday.
Caballero scored dual goals
Lugo dominated the first half thanks to goals from Caballero ('13 on penalty), Toni ('21) and Pelayo ('25). Leading 3-0 at the break, El Luguiño further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Caballero on penalty with just 5 minutes remaining in regulation time.
CD Lugo climbed to 8th place with 44 points from 32 games, only one point behind SD Ponferradina, which has a game in hand.
