Segunda division (Week 5) : Girona defeats Oviedo 2-1
SPAIN, Sep. 19, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 5: After two straigth victories against Albacete and Tenerife, the Carbayones lost 2-1 against Girona.
Valle Borja opened the score in the 28th minute, before seeing Girona catch up in the 38th minute thanks to Granell Alex penalty kick. 1-1 at half time. The Blanquivermells eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Mata Jaime in the 66th minute.
Real Oviedo remains in fifth place with 7 points from 5 games, one point behind CD Lugo, which has a game in hand.
