Segunda division (Week 32) : Gimnastic hold Cordoba to 4-4
SPAIN, Apr. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 32: The match between Gimnastic de Tarragona and Cordoba ended in a frustrating 4-4 draw on Sunday.
Cordoba players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Fidel De La Torre ('6 on penalty) and Andone Florin ('41, '44) while Gimnastic de Tarragona only scored twice Zurdo Anibal ('18) and Lobato ('43). However, even though they were leading 3-2 at half time, and despite Andone Florin goal ('80) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Gimnastic de Tarragona with goals by Palanca Miguel ('70) and Emana Achille ('87 on penalty).
Gimnastic de Tarragona remains in third place with 52 points from 32 games, one point behind Deportivo Alavés, which has a game in hand.
