Segunda division (Week 12) : Gimnastic and Mallorca play out 2-2 draw
SPAIN, Oct. 30, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 12: The match between Gimnastic de Tarragona and Mallorca ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Gimnastic de Tarragona players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Muniz Juan in the 22nd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Luc Jean goal ('69) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Mallorca with dual goals from Thomas Brandon ('46 and '87.
RCD Mallorca are down in 10th place with 12 points from 9 games, tie on points with Girona FC.
