Segunda division (Week 11) : Almeria beats Gimnastic 3-0
SPAIN, Oct. 23, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 11: After their 2-2 draw against Levante on October 15 and 0-0 draw against Alcorcon on October 15, Los Rojiblancos returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Gimnastic de Tarragona this Sunday.
Puertas Antonio scored dual goals
Almeria dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Puertas Antonio in the 28th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Rojiblancos further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Puertas Antonio '71 and Quique '90).
UD Almería climbed to 11st place with 10 points from 9 games, tie on points with Real Oviedo, which has a game in hand.
