Segunda division (Week 10) : Valladolid beats Gimnastic 2-1
SPAIN, Oct. 16, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 10: Two wins in a row for Valladolid. After their 2-0 win against Alcorcon on October 8, Los Pucelanos continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-1 victory over Gimnastic de Tarragona this Sunday.
Villar Juan opened the score in the 27th minute, before seeing Gimnastic de Tarragona catch up in the 41st minute thanks to Uche Ikechukwu. 1-1 at half time. Los Pucelanos eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Arnaiz Jose in the 64th minute.
Real Valladolid climbed to 6th place with 13 points from 9 games, tie on points with Elche CF.
