Segunda division (Week 10) : Levante defeats Mallorca 2-1
SPAIN, Oct. 15, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 10: After their 2-2 draw against Almeria on October 9, Les Granotes bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Mallorca this Saturday.
Ansotegi Ion opened the score in the 13th minute, before seeing Levante catch up in the 18th minute thanks to Rodriguez Chema. 1-1 at half time. Les Granotes eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Lerma Jefferson in the 61st minute.
Levante UD remains in first place with 20 points from 9 games, a 5-point lead over runner-up Cordoba CF, which has a game in hand.
