SPAIN, Apr. 1, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 32: The Blanquivermells crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 3-1 against Rayo Vallecano.
Rayo Vallecano dominated the first half thanks to goals from Comesana Santi ('10) and Trashorras Roberto ('20). Leading 2-1 at the break, Los Franjirrojos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Guerra Javi in the 60th minute.
Girona FC remains in second place with 44 points from 25 games, 17 points behind Levante UD.
