Segunda division (Week 6) : Almeria defeats Sevilla Atletico 3-0
SPAIN, Sep. 22, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 6: After losing 2-1 to Osasuna on September 16, Los Rojiblancos bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Sevilla Atletico this Friday.
Almeria dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Morcillo Jorge in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Rojiblancos further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Costa Alberto '76 and Pozo Jose '90).
UD Almería climbed to third place with 10 points from 6 games, tie on points with Real Valladolid, which has a game in hand.
