Segunda division (Week 5) : Osasuna beats Almeria 2-1
SPAIN, Sep. 16, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 5: Two wins in a row for Osasuna. After their 0-3 win against Rayo Vallecano on September 10, the Gorritxoak continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-1 victory over Almeria this Saturday.
Almeria had started off well by taking the lead in the 23rd minute with a goal by Fidel Chaves. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Gorritxoak nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Quique '70 and Coris Sebas '77).
CA Osasuna climbed to fourth place with 8 points from 5 games, tie on points with Real Sporting de Gijon, which has a game in hand.
