Segunda division (Week 8) : Albacete defeats Lorca 2-1
SPAIN, Oct. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 8: After losing 5-1 to Numancia on September 30, El “Queso Mecánico” returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Lorca this Sunday.
Albacete dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Susaeta Nestor in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, El “Queso Mecánico” further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Rodriguez Dani on penalty with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Lorca FC remains in 17th place with 8 points from 8 games, tie on points with FC Barcelona B, which has two games in hand.
