Segunda division (Week 8) : Osasuna beats Cadiz 2-0
SPAIN, Oct. 7, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 8: Two wins in a row for Osasuna. After their 2-0 win against Sporting Gijon on October 1, the Gorritxoak continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-0 victory over Cadiz this Saturday.
Cadiz made Osasuna doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Xisco Jimenez ('76) and De Las Cuevas Miguel ('88).
CA Osasuna climbed to first place with 15 points from 8 games, one point ahead of runner-up CD Numancia, which has a game in hand.
